Euler Recognized by the President of Perú at the National Entrepreneur Award Event of the Ministry of Production

Lima, Peru – November 28, 2024 – Euler Innovations is thrilled to announce its recognition at the National Entrepreneurship Award Ceremony held on November 25th in Lima. Hosted by ProInnóvate, the event celebrated a historic S/51 million investment by the Peruvian government to support over 720 entrepreneurs and innovators nationwide.

The ceremony commenced with remarks from Sergio Sotelo, CEO of Euler Innovations, who expressed gratitude to the government for its unwavering support of innovation:

“We thank President Dina Boluarte, Minister of Production Sergio González, and ProInnóvate Director Alejandro Afuso for empowering us to transform our vision into reality. Rebeca is more than a platform; it’s a purpose-driven initiative inspired by my daughter, combining AI and sustainability to transform tourism, optimize business operations, and promote Peru’s rich heritage.”

Sergio added:

“Your ideas are seeds. With effort and support from programs like ProInnóvate, these seeds can grow into forests, leaving a lasting impact on communities and the world.”

Euler Innovations was awarded the largest grant—$100K—to continue its development of project Rebeca, an AI-powered platform for the travel industry that will expand its reach to Cusco, Lima, and Ica covering more than 70% of the most visited Peruvian destinations in a year where tourism is recovering to its normal level preparing the basis for growth.

The event concluded with a powerful message from President Dina Boluarte, who highlighted the government’s commitment to innovation:

“For our government, it is a source of pride to allocate over 51.5 million soles to fund business innovation projects, digitalization, and national and international certifications for 720 companies across Peru.”

The President also announced the launch of the 2025 Startup Competition, reinforcing Peru’s dedication to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
