With a distinguished career spanning over 24 years, Sergio has been a pioneer in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

Sergio holds an MBA from the University of Lima and a Master in Management from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He has also completed executive programs at MIT and Harvard Business School, focusing on AI, innovation, and technology leadership. His academic background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business and technology, enabling him to excel in various leadership roles throughout his career.

Among his many milestones, Sergio successfully led the implementation of the Verified by Visa payment authentication solution across Latin America, making Alignet the region's first provider authorized by Visa. He later founded Avant Consulting Group, a successful IT solutions firm, before joining IBM. At IBM, Sergio held multiple influential roles, including Senior IT Architect and Chief Technology Officer for IBM Peru, where he led significant digital transformation projects. He ultimately spearheaded the expansion of the IBM Watson AI platform in Latin America, transforming it into a 0 to a multimillion dollar business.

Currently leading Euler Innovations, an AI-driven startup connecting the U.S. and Peru in a TravelTech endeavor, Sergio is dedicated to innovation and mentoring. He also serves as a Board Director at Dream Venture Lab, where he supports IT professionals, startups, immigrants, and underrepresented individuals.

In addition to his professional achievements, Sergio is committed to giving back to the community and church.
